1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions for each successful referral that results in a paid subscription or premium service purchase. Commission rates are determined by the affiliate program tier and may be subject to change.

2. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments are processed within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in spam, false advertising, or any misleading marketing practices. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

4. Tracking and Cookies

Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate codes and cookies with a 30-day duration. The company is not responsible for technical issues affecting tracking.

5. Account Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violation of terms or fraudulent activities. Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their affiliate earnings. Tax forms may be required based on earnings and location.
