Shipping and Delivery Policy

Since Grappshop (https://grappshop.com) provides digital services and a platform for job listings/manpower solutions, we do not ship any physical products. Therefore, our "Shipping" process refers to the delivery of digital services.
1. Delivery of Digital Services

Once a payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, the service (such as Job Postings, Featured Listings, or Subscription Plans) will be activated instantly or within 24 hours.

Users will receive a confirmation email on their registered email ID once the service is live.

2. Delivery Timeline

Job Postings: Activated within 1-2 hours of payment verification.

Premium Subscriptions: Access is granted immediately after the transaction is completed.

Reports/Digital Content: Any downloadable reports or digital documents will be sent via Email or available in the User Dashboard within 24-48 hours.

3. Shipping Charges

As we provide digital services, there are no shipping or handling charges applicable to any of our plans.

4.Delayed Delivery

In case of any technical delay or if the service is not activated within the promised timeline (maximum 48 hours), users can reach out to our support team.
